AI Draft Assistant for Salesforce Case

Automatically draft replies in Salesforce Case, based on the current conversation and connected data sources.



  1. Click on the package installation link.
  2. Sign into the organization in which you want to install the package.
  3. Select “install for all users”.
  4. Click install.
  5. Tick “Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites” and hit Continue.
  6. Go to Setup → Object Manager → Case → Lightning Record Pages and edit “Default Case Page”.
  7. Add the Markprompt AI Agent Assist component to the page.


  1. Navigate to your Markprompt project settings.
  2. Find the “Token” section and copy the token, or generate a new one.


  1. Back in Salesforce, paste the token to the “Markprompt API Token” settings field.
  2. Click on Activation → Assign as Org Default → Desktop and phone.
  3. Hit Next.
  4. Hit Save.
  5. Open a case.
  6. Hit Generate draft reply.
  7. Your AI generated draft is ready in the Chatter feed!
